What areas do you serve?

We serve all of Fayetteville including Fort Liberty (formerly Fort Bragg), Hope Mills, Spring Lake, and surrounding Cumberland County areas. We also serve the Augusta, GA region.

How often are the units serviced?

Standard service includes weekly cleaning and restocking, but we can accommodate more frequent service for larger events or higher-traffic locations.

What's included in your rental prices?

Our rental prices include delivery, pickup, regular servicing, and all necessary supplies. There are no hidden fees.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for events. For construction sites, same-day service is often available.

Do you offer ADA-compliant units?

Yes, we have wheelchair accessible portable restrooms that meet all ADA requirements for width, grab bars, and proper ramp access.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash. Corporate accounts may qualify for net-30 terms.

Are your units weatherproof?

Yes, all our portable toilets are designed to withstand various weather conditions with secure anchoring, ventilation, and weather-resistant materials.

Can you deliver to uneven terrain?

Absolutely. Our delivery trucks are equipped with special equipment to place units on uneven ground, and we can provide stabilizing blocks if needed.

What happens if a unit becomes damaged?

We include minor damage protection with each rental. For significant damage, we'll replace the unit immediately at no extra cost in most cases.
